Privacy policy
How armando.avo42.com handles personal data. Last updated 14 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Armando Ltd. is responsible for this website, armando.avo42.com. For any question or request about your data, email m@avo42.com.
What we collect and why
Reading list. If you join the early reading list we save your email address, the signup date, the page you joined from, and the consent statement you agreed to. We use them to keep your interest in future account-management and customer-success updates. The basis is your consent. The entry is stored privately with Vercel, is not published, and is not shared with other subscribers. The signup form sends no newsletter emails. Addresses are unverified, so we will confirm ownership before using them for any mailing. We keep the entry until you withdraw or the reading list closes.
Email enquiries. If you email us, we use your message and address to reply and to discuss your request.
Optional Google Analytics. Only if you click Accept on the analytics panel, we use Google Analytics to measure page views and clicks on our email contact links. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_44SL43V87P and shares usage data with Google. Advertising consent stays denied, and Google Signals and ad personalization are switched off. Until you accept, no Google Analytics request is made.
Hosting and statistics. Vercel hosts the site and may provide aggregated page-view statistics. Like any host, it processes technical data such as IP address, requested page and browser type to deliver and secure the pages.
Free tools. Everything you type into a free tool runs in your browser. Nothing you type is stored or sent to us.
Your analytics choice
Your choice (accept or decline) is remembered in your browser for 6 months. Use the Analytics preferences button at the bottom of any page to change it. Declining or withdrawing immediately switches off Google collection and clears this site's Google Analytics cookies.
Who processes your data
Vercel (hosting and the private reading list) and, only if you accept analytics, Google (Google Analytics). Both may process data outside your country. See Vercel's data-processing information at vercel.com/legal/dpa and Google's explanation at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email m@avo42.com. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version (14 October 2026).
